Healthy Mothers Healthy Families (HMHF) is a health and empowerment program specifically designed for mothers of a child with a disability who identify as experiencing high stress and the need to attend to their own health and wellbeing.

As a mother of a child with disability take a day out for yourself to think about your own health and well being at this free workshop

The Speak Out Self Advocacy Conference is the longest running conference for people with disability in Australia. Families, carers, and the disability and community sectors are also invited to join us for conference!

The Speak Out Self Advocacy Conference is the longest running conference for people with disability in Australia.

The 2019 Conference is at the Paranaple Centre, Devonport, from 18th to 20th September 2019.

The Disability Expo and Conference Opening Ceremony is Wednesday 18 September with the full conference program Thursday and Friday.
