Supporting young children who present with anxiety - South - 12 April 2018
Would you like to know more about anxiety?
Lady Gowrie Tasmania Integrated Child & Family Centre have a 2 hour session, facilitated by the University of Tasmania Psychology Clinic (UPC), which will inform participants on what anxiety might look like in young children and how to provide support.
For 0-6 year olds who may have Autism Spectrum Disorder characteristics, development delay in communication and social skills and/or behavioural and sensory issues.
When – Friday mornings at 10am - 11.30am (During school terms) Where - Penguin Playgroup Building, 46 Main Road, Penguin Who - 0-6yrs, No diagnosis required

EFFECTIVE PRACTICE IN WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO DISPLAY BEHAVIOURS OF CONCERN
This workshop is designed to assist anyone who lives or works with a person with disability who exhibits Behaviours of Concern or Challenging Behaviours across environments or settings.
The program is available to be delivered in all 3 regions: South, North & North West
Program cost: $160 per person.
Where ACD has funding available for parents and carers, registration may be free or significantly reduced.
