Mindfulness Programs Australasia is offering a range of free mindfulness courses for adult Tasmanians, delivered both online and in person across the state.

Designed to support mental well-being and build practical coping skills, these programs provide accessible, evidence-based approaches to managing stress, emotional challenges, and mental health concerns.

The program includes several course options tailored to different needs.

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) helps participants develop skills to recognise early signs of stress and respond more effectively.
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) offers a targeted approach for people with a history of depression, focusing on reducing the risk of future episodes.
  • Mind Your Self is designed to build emotional literacy, supporting Tasmanian adults who may be experiencing ongoing stress or emotional pressure.

Courses are delivered by Mindfulness Programs Australasia. For those unable to attend in person, online courses provide a flexible alternative, ensuring statewide access regardless of location.
