Complaints in N.D.I.S.
If you have a complaint about the N.D.I.A. or about your plan, you can complete a form online on the N.D.I.A. website. You can also phone the N.D.I.A. on 1 8 0 0 8 0 0 1 1 0 with any feedback or complaints, or to obtain a hard copy of their complaint form. If your complaint is about the quality of services or supports, the N.D.I.S. Quality and Safeguards Commission has been set up to handle the complaint. The N.D.I.A. Complaints Procedure requires them to acknowledge your complaint and respond to it in a timely manner. If you are not satisfied with their response to your complaint, you may seek assistance from the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
